The Carolina Law Group Opens New Columbia Location
The Carolina Law Group is pleased to announce that we have opened a new location Columbia, SC. With this new presence in Columbia, which joins existing locations in Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, we look forward to serving even more people and fighting for their rights in the areas of personal injury law, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and immigration.
This is in many ways a homecoming for us, as we have strong roots in Columbia. Nihar Patel grew up in Columbia and attended Chapin High School. Matt Whitehead is also from the area and went to USC as an undergraduate, and both Matt and Mitchell Byrd attended USC for law school. (Go Gamecocks!) Monty Desai also knows the area well, having embarked on my military journey from Ft. Jackson and then returning to Columbia for undergraduate studies at USC. With these strong connections to the area, establishing a location in Columbia was the natural next step in The Carolina Law Group’s mission to better serve South Carolinians.
One way we are serving the people of South Carolina better is by making it easy for the Hispanic community to get the legal help and representation they need. With many bilingual staff, we are ready to help Spanish speakers get the legal support they need in their native language. We are here to advocate for and give a voice to the Hispanic community in Columbia just as we have in the Upstate for over ten years.
