Mr. Nihar Patel graduated from the College of Charleston in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies. Nihar earned a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2005. Monty D. Desai came to the United States on Christmas Eve, 1988 and eventually made his home in Spartanburg, S.C. After high school he joined the service in order to earn money for college. Monty would go on to earn a letter of commendation as a Navy Corpsman for the Marine Corps. His carrier, the USS Normandy was the carrier responsible for firing Tomahawk Cruise Missiles on Sarajevo, Yugoslavia in 1995.
