The Carolina Law Group Celebrates 5 Years of Serving South Carolina
When Monty Desai and Nihar Patel met while attending Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, they realized they shared the same goal of a client-centered philosophy of practicing law. That philosophy has become the cornerstone of The Carolina Law Group, the law firm they founded in 2011 after reconnecting in Greenville, South Carolina.
Since day one, the mission of The Carolina Law Group has been to serve the people of South Carolina by defending their rights and seeking full and fair compensation for their injuries. The Carolina Law Group is proud to say that, for the last five years, it has tried to live that mission every day.
Monty and Nihar are joined by fellow attorneys Matthew Whitehead and Mitchell Byrd, along with a dedicated team of adjusters, paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff.
